Accessibility statement
Muebles Azor, S.A. (Bogal) is committed to making its website accessible to everyone, in line with the accessibility requirements for e-commerce services: Directive (EU) 2019/882, transposed in Spain by Law 11/2023 of 8 May and in France by Article L. 412-13 of the Consumer Code and Decree No. 2023-931 of 9 October 2023.
This accessibility statement applies to www.bogal.com.
Compliance status
www.bogal.com is non-compliant with RGAA 4.1.2 (the French accessibility framework) and with standard EN 301 549, because it has not yet been audited for compliance. A full audit by an independent provider is planned; this statement will be updated with its results.
The site was designed to meet level AA of WCAG 2.1 (Web Content Accessibility Guidelines), on which both frameworks are based.
Test results
So far only automated tests have been run, with Lighthouse (which uses the axe-core engine), on the main pages: home, category, product page, search, basket, checkout and customer account. These tests cover only part of the criteria and are no substitute for an audit.
Non-accessible content
Known limitations, which we are fixing or for which we offer an alternative:
- Payment pages: card and other payments take place on the providers’ pages (Redsys, MultiSafepay, PayPal), whose accessibility is outside our control.
- Captcha on the newsletter sign-up form (Cloudflare Turnstile, provided by Brevo): usually invisible, but it may ask for a check.
- PDF documents (assembly instructions, invoices and delivery notes): not all of them are tagged for assistive technologies. On request, we will send you their content in another format.
- Alternative text of product photos: it gives the product name and does not describe each view in detail.
- Ambient videos on the home page: they play automatically, muted and on a loop, with no button to pause them.
Preparation of this statement
This statement was prepared on 19 October 2026.
Technologies used: HTML5, CSS, JavaScript (Vue.js and Nuxt) and WAI-ARIA.
Test environment: Google Chrome (current version) on desktop and in mobile emulation, with Lighthouse.
